After the Sportsworld function I did in July 2010, I was asked by one of the guests to recreate a similar cocktail event for another client.
They had quite an intense conference during the day so they needed something different and entertaining for the evening.
I had it all planned in my head (outside on the Summer Terrace) and we were ready to go until it started to rain on the day. My suppliers and I came up with a quick solution and all worked out incredibly well.
We had a Marimba Band and Fire Dancers for entertainment which kept the guests occupied while we turned the venue into a cocktail venue from a conference venue in under an hour.
